MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Perform sampling microbiological tests and record test slips for:

  • UF water; purity water; tap water.
  • Manufacturing environment: air sampling, equipment surface, working clothes.
  • Pharmaceutical packaging material.
  • Raw materials for manufacturing eye-drop.
  • Preparation product, filling product: sterility test, microorganism enumeration of eye-drop solution before filtration, microbial limit test.
  • Control of microbiology laboratory environment.
  • Control of medium using in microbiology test.
  • Stability test sample as directed in approved protocols.

2. Join validation of media fill, the manufacturing process and other validation if request and make validation report

3. Report promptly any abnormalities and factors that may affect product quality to Group Leader, QC Chief/ manager and relative departments

4. Follow up and perform the routine check record for microbiology test equipments

5. Compile and revise SOPs for Laboratory system

6. Participate in other works in QC Dept., follow the assignment of Head of Department

7. Training for employees

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology
  • Fluent English
  • Good at MS Offices
