- Manage the administration job of Engineering dept
- Check the application documents as GMP regulation.
- Check, update daily working schedule of Engineering Staff and Machine Operator
- Monitor employee working hours in the department to optimize overtime.
- Checking, arrange parts in technical room
- Follow calibration schedule of equipment
- Cooperate with concerned departments in handling change.
- Follow, control GMP document.
- Support inspection
- Follow up on the environmental monitoring schedule
- Follow consumption and manage purchase orders
- Follow other duties required from upper persons
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Graduated from university with a degree in Office Administration.
- Honest in work and highly responsible.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)

Annual Leave:
