MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Đảm bảo công ty tuân thủ đúng theo các quy định mới nhất về an toàn của pháp luật VN/ To ensure safety fully comply with Vietnamese regulation
  • Hỗ trợ quản lý và duy trì hoạt động nhóm an toàn vệ sinh lao động/ Support managing and maintaining occupational safety and health group
  • Kiểm tra an toàn nhà máy hàng tuần, báo cáo và theo dõi hành động khác phục/ Factory safety inspections weekly, reporting and monitoring corrective action
  • Điều tra những tai nạn lao động, sự cố và các chấn thương nghề nghiệp để xác định nguyên nhân, lắp đặt các biện pháp phòng ngừa và quản lý các hoạt động trở lại làm việc/ Investigate industrial accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities
  • Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ liên quan đến an toàn trong nhà máy/ To make quarterly report (acident report, Implement of occupational safety report, re-validate for equipment to Government which is requested strictly about safety…)
  • Soạn thảo và cập nhật các quy trình  liên quan đến an toàn vệ sinh lao động/ Create and update procedures related to occupational safety and health
  • Nhận diện và đánh giá rủi ro liên quan đến an toàn định kỳ/ Identified and risk assessment regarding periodic safety
  • Cập nhật luật HSE (an toàn, môi trường, PCCC)/ Updating law HSE (safety, environment, fire protection)
  • Đảm trách những công việc được cấp trên giao phó. /To undertake other duties assigned by Factory manager/ General Director by time to time.
  • Hỗ trợ công việc khi có đánh giá từ bên ngoài về vấn đề an toàn môi trường/ Support working with Safety Environment authorizes
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng/ Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager
  • Đào tạo an toàn cho người mới/ Training safety for newcomers

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Official Education: Bachelor in Environment Management/ Environment Engineer/ Occupational health and safety or having rich, in-depth experience in Heath, Safety and Environment
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a multinational working environment or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Supplementary Certificate
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Microsoft Office

Annual Leave:

  • 15 working days: from full 1 year to less than 3 years;
