MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Network Infrastructure Administration

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including firewall, switches, wireless systems, VPN connectivity, Internet connectivity, VLAN and network segmentation.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki systems through the Meraki Dashboard, following VTC security policies.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents, maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.

System & Server Administration

  • Administer Windows Server environment and core infrastructure services including AD server, Share file Server, Application server.
  • Setup and manage virtualization platforms (VMware virtualization system or equivalent).
  • Support server maintenance, patch management, monitor server health and infrastructure performance.

Backup, Recovery Management

  • Manage backup operations for servers and databases though NAS and SAN system.
  • Support disaster recovery and data restoration activities when required.

IT Security & Risk Management

  • Support implementation and operation of IT security controls.
  • Configure and maintain firewall, antivirus, endpoint security, and VPN systems.
  • Monitor security alerts and potential risks.
  • Participate in IT security improvement initiatives.

IT Operations & User Support

  • Provide technical support for end-users related to network, wifi, CCTV, hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Support software installation and maintenance of PCs, POS devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated network diagrams, IT asset record, and server checklists. Generate periodic reports on system health and IT incidents
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other related duties and IT projects as assigned by VTC management.

IT Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support implementation of IT infrastructure projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare technical documentation and operation reports.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office IT team to implement company-wide IT projects related to security and digital transformation, including M365 and D365 initiatives.
  • Research and recommend new technologies for infrastructure improvement

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Official Education:

  • Bachelor degree – Information Technology (Major: Computer Networks, Computer Science)
  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
