[HCMC] Customer Service Officer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Get calls and answer customers related to products’ usage, price, points of sales, promotion, point of gift exchange, complaint cases, and others.... by phone
  • Do CS Weekly report
  • Daily check the content and images for upload on Fanpage.
  • Update new products, promotion, TVC, Clip...on fanpage, youtube,…
  • Control consultation regarding customers’ Q&A on fanpage, youtube.
  • Manage and update product information into CRM system
  • Support in Weekly Customer gathering organization in HCM, Ha Noi, Da Nang.
  • Support in sending Birthday Cards to valued customers.
  • Key in customers database shared by supermarket, pharmacy,…
  • Follow other duties required from CS Leader

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Female, welcome fresh graduate from University or under 1 year experience (Business Administration major)
  • Have passion in service industry;
  • Customer-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy, eager to learn, and teamwork spirit;
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
  • Can working independently, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Be willing to work overtime occasionally if requested
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese communication
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social network
  • Photoshop, AI, canva skill is an advantage
