MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

JOB MISSION:

  • Design and develop graphic materials to support Trade Marketing activities in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Ensure the brand image stands out consistently at points of sale and effectively supports product display, promotional programs, and sales activation initiatives.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:

1. Brand Identity &  POSM, POP , GIFTS , Design:

  • Design cosmetic packaging (boxes, labels, rack , layout  ….etc.).
  • Create banners, posters, backdrops, standees, and catalogues for marketing and seminar purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent, professional brand visuals.

2. Campaign & Communication Design:

  • Develop key visuals and advertising materials for Facebook, TikTok, shopee , Zalo mini App …
  • Participate in creating visuals for promotional programs, events, and seminars.
  • Deliver creative designs that align with brand positioning and guidelines.

3. Basic Video Editing & Production:

  • Edit short promotional videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube (training provided).
  • Edit seminar footage, training videos, and product introduction clips.
  • Optimize videos for each platform’s specifications and best practices.

4. Design Tools & AI Utilization:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, SketchUp Pro
  • Skilled in Canva for rapid design production.
  • Experienced with CapCut and Adobe Premiere for video editing.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.

5. Collaboration & Professional Development:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to execute creative ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends in the beauty and personal care industry

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software (Blender/SketchUp).
  • Strong skills in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to use Canva for quick design tasks.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and solid understanding of branding.
  • Knowledge of printing standards and cosmetic product packaging design is a significant advantage.
  • Experience applying AI tools in design is a mandatory preferred advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
