MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

 

    • Đảm bảo sạch sẽ khu vực chuẩn bị thực phẩm theo các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh/ Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
    • Giữ gìn vệ sinh và bảo quản máy móc, thiết bị bếp/ Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
    • Hỗ trợ đầu bếp chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu và sơ chế bữa ăn / Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
    • Quét dọn khu bếp/ Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
    • Hỗ trợ việc bốc dỡ các nguồn cung cấp thực phẩm được giao/ Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
    • Tổ chức và lưu trữ thực phẩm/ Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
    • Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác của cấp trên/ Other tasks by Line Manager

 

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

 

    • Biết tiếng Nhật/ tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
    • Có kinh nghiệm phụ bếp / Proven experience assisting in kitchens.
