MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Stock management: forecast, inbound, outbound, report, etc.
  • Asset management: design & set up information & image of products, official stores, promotion schemes, livestream, etc.
  • Campaigns management: promotions planning & execute, campaign booking (onsite display, onsite ads, affiliate, etc.)
  • Marketing performance optimization: offline traffic, onsite ads, brand add-on campaigns, etc.
  • CS management: KPI management, coordinator
  • Accurately process paper works that related to business and campaign.
  • Report and Data analysis: sale, stock, campaign, etc.
  • Active participate to Team, Department & Company’s other activities: RF, etc.
  • Seeking new EC channels development, new initiative to improve IR, ROI

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EC channel planning & executing, preferably in H&B/ FMCG category
  • Proficiency in English communication & Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in analytical reporting, and performance tracking. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Well manage the stock flow to ensure stock coverage, avoid bad stock & return goods and reduce FBL fee
  • Meticulously execute for monthly campaigns & performance marketing activities as planned
  • Accurate & on time for administration tasks, paper work & report
  • Well collaborate with teams and all related parties (Rohto’s other department, 3rd parties) to perform seamless operation
  • Achieve target of sale revenue, growth ratio of assigned channels
  • Eager to learn & grow on EC business 
  • Official Education: Bachelor degree – Business, Marketing, EC
