MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Brand strategy:
    • Assist Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager to develop brand strategies 
  • Product development: 
    • Contribute idea and manage new product development, including: product concept, packaging, formula
  • Advertising and promotion:
    • Plan and monitor implementation of A&P activities
  • Brand performance monitoring:
    • Manage brand P&L and analyze performance to propose counteraction plan
  • Team development:
    • Guide and support subordinates to achieve job expectation

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market trends.
